Returns & Exchanges

Our commitment to an extraordinary shopping experience. Even if you're making an exchange or a return, we make it easy.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. All returns and exchanges must be new, unworn, unaltered, with all tags present, and accompanied by a receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original and return/exchange shipping charges. Clearance, sale items, special order, household, and limited edition items are non refundable.

Instructions

• Simply call us at 714.867.6480 or e-mail us at help@jdm420.com prior to returning the item for assistance.
• On the invoice, indicate which item(s) are being returned and the reason(s) for the return/exchange.
• Securely pack the merchandise and ship to JDM 420 via US Postal Service. Remember to insure your package.
• We'll process your return/exchange within 7 days of receipt. If you provided an email address, we'll notify you via email when your return has been received and processed. If the requested item is not available during an exchange request, store credit will be issued for future purchases or a credit will be issued to the original form of payment.
